Cows
For the self-sufficient homesteader, our milk producing cattle create rich, flavorful milk and are the perfect choice for sustainable country living.
Our cattle are all tested for the A2/A2 Beta casein which has strong evidence of being easier for humans to digest.
Bulls
These triple-purpose cows, valued for their milk, beef, and strength in the field, can be carried forward with our breeding stock in your family’s pastures.
We test all our bulls DNA for A2/A2 Beta casein.
We let our bull calves stay bulls for a full year to see how they develop. If they are not bull material, we will castrate them and butcher them as 2 yr old steers

Butcher Beef
Our grass-fed butcher beef is raised on our farm and delivered straight to your family’s table with white tablecloth beef quality.
We sell by the hanging weight whole, halves or quarters.
